Coach Carlo Scicluna has named his 15-player squad for Malta Futsal U19’s upcoming matches in the Futsal Week U19 Winter Cup.
The Futsal Week U19 Winter Cup is a tournament in Poreč, Croatia, aimed at helping developing futsal nations. The competition will take place from 9th to 12th January 2025, with Malta joined by Romania, Montenegro, and San Marino. The matches will be livestreamed on Futsal Week’s official Facebook page.
Malta will start their tournament campaign on 9th January with a match against Romania at 11:30hrs. The next day, Malta will play Montenegro at 16:00hrs, and their final match will be against San Marino on 12th January at 10:00hrs.
The tournament will serve as excellent preparation for Malta U19 ahead of their upcoming matches in Group A of the UEFA Futsal U19 Qualifiers later this month.
