The draws for the 2025/26 Assikura Women’s League and the Assikura Women’s Youth League were held on Friday, deciding the first set of matches and the full fixture list for the new season.
The event took place at Centenary Hall at 11:00am and was shown live on the Malta FA’s YouTube channel. The draw featured Andrew Grech, Managing Director of Assikura Insurance Brokers Ltd, and Kelly Agius Pace, President of the Standing Committee for Women’s Football.
Both competitions will have six teams each, setting up a competitive season with many exciting matchups. Teams will play over four rounds, meaning each team will play 20 matches in total.
- The Assikura Women’s League will kick off between 21st and 23rd August 2025.
- The Assikura Women’s Youth League will begin on 19th and 20th August 2025.
