YoHealth Malta Premier leaders Marsaxlokk face Floriana on Saturday at the Tony Bezzina Stadium, with kick-off scheduled for 17:00.
It’s been a solid start for the Southsiders, who have picked up three wins from their opening four matches under coach Enzo Potenza. However, the road ahead is a challenging one. After Floriana, Marsaxlokk will face two of last season’s top sides, Ħamrun Spartans and Birkirkara, making September a key test of their title ambitions.

Floriana, meanwhile, are looking to bounce back after a disappointing midweek derby defeat to arch-rivals Valletta. That loss means the Greens are now winless in their last two games. Coach Portela will have to reshuffle his side, as both Charles M’Mombwa and Mattia Veselji are suspended following red cards in the derby.
M’Mombwa’s absence could force a tactical rethink, with Mustapha Jah potentially returning to the starting lineup after being benched for the last two matches.
When these two sides last met in the league, it was Floriana who came out on top with a 2-1 win, thanks to goals from Franklin Sasere and Oulid El Hasni.
