Juventus suffered their first home defeat of the Serie A season after losing 2-0 to Como, who were the better side throughout.
Missing key defenders Bremer and Pierre Kalulu, Juventus looked shaky from the start. They had the first chance when Kenan Yıldız forced a good save, but Como took the lead after 12 minutes. Weston McKennie lost the ball in his own half and Mërgim Vojvoda scored with a shot at the near post, although goalkeeper Michele Di Gregorio could have done better.
Como continued to press well and created more chances. Juventus nearly equalised when Loïs Openda was played through on goal, but Jean Butez made an important save. Just before half-time, Como almost scored again, hitting the crossbar.
The visitors stayed in control after the break and doubled their lead on the hour mark with a quick counter-attack. Lucas Da Cunha set up Maxence Caqueret, who scored from close range.
Juventus tried to respond, but it was not their day. Teun Koopmeiners hit the outside of the post with a free-kick, and Como comfortably saw out the match.
The win ends Como’s three-game winless run and keeps them sixth in the table, now just one point behind fifth-placed Juventus, who have lost back-to-back league matches.
