Newcastle are not giving up on the Manchester United striker

Newcastle has been trying for some time to loan Jesse Lingard from Man Utd, according to British media.

Dele Alli from Tottenham is their backup option, but they threw all the cards away in an attempt to bring in a United player.

In that sense, they are ready to give him a huge weekly salary in the amount of 595,000 euros.

Lingard is currently on the mini preparations with United in Dubai, which is only three hours away from “The Magpies” winter base in Jeddah.

United rejected Newcastle’s first offer, but the second is ready.

They are willing to pay United 7.15m euros for the loan until the end of the season.

Lingard’s contract expires at the end of the season and there is a big chance that he will not stay at Old Trafford for a long time.
