Except for the opening quarter, which went to the Warriors at 23:30, the rest of the game was dominated by the Lakers. Already by halftime, they made up for the deficit from the first quarter and reached a big lead, it was 59:48.
After the break, the game continued in the same rhythm, the Lakers slowly but surely “grinded” the Warriors and surely gave them a defeat from which it is not easy to recover. In the end, it was 127:97.
Davis recorded a double-double with 25 points and 13 rebounds. Russell and James each scored 21 points, while Schroder and Walker each had 12.
