PAPAPETROU: It is a privilege to play for this club

Greek basketball player Ioannis Papapetrou expressed his impressions after Real managed to equalize the series with a 78:85 victory.

On the floor of the Stark Arena, Partizan competed for the second time in two days against the “King” in the battle for F4 in Kaunas.

“It was difficult tonight, an unusual atmosphere because everyone was sad because of the tragedy. My condolences to the families of the victims’ said Papapetrou.

Nothing is lost, believes Ioannis.

“We have to play to the maximum. Some did not believe that we were one game away from F4. I think it’s a privilege to be here and it’s a privilege to play for this club and these people who love basketball,’ said the Greek.

The last game in the series in Madrid will be played on Wednesday from 21:00.
