The basketball player of the current champions, the Golden State Warriors, Klay Thompson, after a verbal argument with Devin Booker, from the ranks of the Phoenix Suns, earned the first ejection in his career.
Klay Thomson, after a couple of heated duels, got into a verbal argument with Booker, at the end of which he punched him in the face. Fortunately, Devin Booker did not react violently, and both players received a technical foul.
However, even after that Thompson did not calm down and tried to get Devin over everyone in order to deal with him physically, so the referees decided to send him to the locker room.
All this happened in the middle of the third period when the Warriors still had some kind of chance to win, but after this situation, there was a drop in their game.
The Suns used it in the best possible way, they defeated them convincingly 134:105, and Devin Booker was the best player on the floor with 34 points.
Klay Thhomson finished the game with only 2 points in 19 minutes on the floor, with a desperate 1/8 from the game.
