JOKIC RECEIVED A NEW AWARD: The ESPY award went to the NBA champion

The current NBA champion and MVP of the grand final, Nikola Jokic, received another award, the one awarded by the ESPY.

The prestigious ESPY awards are given every year for exceptional sports work, and they apply to all sports and competitions. As for the strongest league in the world, it ended up in the hands of Nikola Jokić.

He led Denver to the first title in the history of the club, was the MVP of the grand final, broke many playoff records, and certainly deserved the award for the MVP of the season, which in the end went to the hands of Philadelphia center Joel Embiid.

LeBron James has the most ESPY awards for the best player in the NBA, with seven, and Michael Jordan is second with four.

The last two went to Steph Curry, who has a total of three, and Nikola Jokic became only the third European to win this award. Steve Nash, Dirk Nowitzki and Giannis Antetokounmpo did it before him.
