The coach of China, Aleksandar Djordjevic, will get a big boost after the information that Minnesota Timberwolves basketball player Kyle Anderson renounced his American passport in order to accept the invitation of this Asian country.

After the information published today on the social network Weibo, China will also receive a big reinforcement for the basketball team – it is Minnesota Timberwolves basketball player Kyle Anderson.

“Thanks to the action and support of all parties, Li Kaier was granted Chinese citizenship this morning,” the Chinese Basketball Federation said, using the Chinese name of Kyle Anderson.

Along with this post on the Weibo social network, there is also a picture of Minnesota basketball players with the president of the Chinese Basketball Federation, Yao Ming.

The Chinese national team currently ranks 27th in the FIBA rankings, and they are led from the bench by the former coach of Serbia, Aleksandar Djordjevic.
