The Siggiewi Rowing Club and elite rower Mark Schembri will proudly represent Malta and the club in one of the toughest endurance challenges in world rowing, a 160km non-stop race taking place in Geneva, Switzerland.
Known for his determination and stamina, Schembri will face demanding physical and mental conditions in this ultra-distance event, testing both strength and perseverance over the course of the marathon route.
His participation marks another proud moment for Maltese rowing, showcasing local talent on the international stage and highlighting Siggiewi Rowing Club’s growing presence in elite endurance competitions.
The club and supporters back home will be following his progress closely, wishing Markus the very best of luck as he takes on one of the most gruelling rowing tests in the world.
