The 2025 National Junior and Team Snooker Championships started on Monday and will continue until 11th August at the Malta Snooker Academy.
The tournament includes five categories: Under 12, Under 16, Under 18, Under 21, and the Team Championship. It’s a great chance for young players to gain experience in a competitive environment.
Winners in the Under 16, Under 18, and Under 21 categories will also have the honour of representing Malta in the 2026 European Snooker Championships, expected to be held around March next year.
The event is organised by the Malta Billiards & Snooker Association (MBSA), as part of their ongoing efforts to support and grow junior snooker in Malta.
