Simone Biles is gearing up for the Gold Over America Tour, just a month after her Olympic feats in Paris. The 27-year-old gymnast, who bagged three gold medals and one silver, is already teasing fans with glimpses of her tour routines on social media as she prepares for the 30-city event.
Fresh from her Paris triumph, Biles is back training, having been instrumental in guiding Team USA’s women’s gymnastics team. She clinched gold in the Individual All-Around, Team All-Around, and Vault competitions, along with a silver in the Floor exercise.
On Monday, 2 September, Biles shared a sneak peek of her upcoming routines on Instagram, showcasing a double full twist and a double layout. These previews have thrilled her followers, with Biles cheekily asking, “What are the odds I do a front double full on tour????” and expressing her enduring passion for the sport with, “Will forever love a double lay.”
The Gold Over America Tour, which kicks off on 17 September at Frontwave Arena in Oceanside, promises to be a celebration of gymnastics with a star-studded lineup. Biles will headline the tour, joined by Team USA teammates Jade Carey and Jordan Chiles, along with nine other accomplished gymnasts. Male gymnastics medallists, including Stephen Nedoroscik, Fred Richard, Paul Juda, and Brody Malone, will also be featured, ensuring a diverse and dynamic display of talent.
In a press release, Biles expressed her excitement, stating, “From the world’s stage to the GOAT stage, this incredible journey continues. I can’t wait for fans to see what we have in store this year. Creating unforgettable memories for our audiences every night on tour is what I love most.”

Biles has also been open about the mental challenges she faced after the Tokyo 2020 Olympics, where she made the difficult decision to withdraw from several events due to mental health concerns. Reflecting on that period, she shared, “Going into [the Olympics], I wasn’t as nervous. Coming out, it felt like a breath of fresh air. I feel so much better now that it’s over because you know how stressful it is.”
Credit for her resistance is partly due to the therapy that has helped her navigate these challenges. “Therapy has been crucial for me, providing support that translates to my performance on the competition floor,” she explained.
As she prepares for the tour, Biles continues to inspire with her athletic achievements and her candid discussions about mental health. The Gold Over America Tour will conclude on 3 November at Little Caesars Arena in Detroit, promising fans a spectacular showcase of gymnastics excellence.
