Malta Sport can confirm that Brazilian defender João Moura will stay with the club for another season under coach George Vella. The 27-year-old centre-back played a key role last season in helping the team maintain its place in the Maltese Premier League.
Moura joined Naxxar in November 2023 after a short period without a club. Before that, he played for Vitória-ES and had loan spells with Atl. Itapemirim in Brazil. He also spent time at Estrela-ES, Guarani-MG, and started his career with Atlético-MG U20.
