Daniel Portela da Silva has been named Coach of the Month for February 2026 following a series of results achieved by Floriana FC during the month.
Floriana played six league matches in February and remained at the top of the table during this period.
The team recorded victories against Tarxien Rainbows, Hibernians FC and Gzira United FC. Floriana also secured draws against Marsaxlokk FC, Valletta FC and Hamrun Spartans FC.
These results helped Floriana maintain their position at the top of the Maltese Premier League standings.
The Coach of the Month trophy for February was presented to Portela da Silva by Adam Calleja, representing SoftConstruct Malta.
The award recognises the performance of the Floriana head coach during the month in which the team recorded consistent results in the domestic league.
