AC Milan moved to within three points of Serie A leaders Inter Milan after a 1-0 win over Lecce at the San Siro.
Milan were on top in the first half but struggled to create clear chances. Alexis Saelemaekers and Matteo Gabbia both went close, while Rafael Leão had a goal ruled out for offside. Lecce defended well and kept the hosts frustrated.
After the break, Milan increased the pressure. Gabbia, Christian Pulisic and Samuele Ricci all tested Lecce goalkeeper Wladimiro Falcone, who made several good saves. Adrien Rabiot also missed a good chance from inside the box.
The breakthrough finally came when substitute Niklas Füllkrug headed in from close range after a perfect cross from Saelemaekers.
Lecce offered little going forward, allowing Milan to see out the match comfortably. The Rossoneri are now unbeaten in six league games, while Lecce remain in the relegation zone.
