Bayern Munich basketball player Serge Ibaka summed up his impressions after his team’s defeat in Belgrade against Red Star Meridianbet.
Red Star won with a score of 74:68 after a big turnaround in the Stark Arena, considering that at one point they were 14 points behind.
“It was a good match, both teams played at a high level. We made a few mistakes that ended up costing us the win. All in all, it was beautiful! I’ve heard a lot about this place and so I was playing here tonight and it was really amazing.” Ibaka said.
He also revealed the reasons why he returned to the Euroleague.
“Basketball itself attracted me. I love this game and wanted a slightly different scenario. I had the opportunity to come and I took advantage of it.” Ibaka concluded.
