Former American basketball player Gilbert Arenas, one of the best guards in the NBA, spoke highly of LeBron James.
“LeBron is probably the only superstar who never had a season where stats were a priority. It never seemed like he said, ‘Let’s go all out, I’m playing for my numbers.’ If he had decided that, who could stop him? He would give over 40 points per game. When LeBron plays, he plays to win a championship ring,” says 40-year-old Gilbert Arenas.
LeBron James was an NBA champion four times during his career.
“He only thinks about titles – that’s how he builds his teams, that’s the only thing he thinks about and that’s why he never had a ‘selfish season’. He could have said, ‘I don’t need anyone, I will show the world what I can do,’ but he didn’t do that,” added Arenas.
