European Aquatics, in partnership with EPAM Systems, Inc., a leading digital transformation and product engineering company, is excited to announce the launch of a regional health and well-being initiative. Starting as a pilot program in Hungary, the initiative aims to engage EPAM Hungary employees in aquatic sports under the slogan “Let’s Swim Together.”
Additionally, European Aquatics has formed a strategic partnership with EPAM to boost its digital presence and drive future growth in 2025. Based on the success of the pilot, the program will be expanded across the EU. This initiative also provides an opportunity for clients to strengthen their ESG efforts.
“We’re thrilled to take the first step towards what we hope will be a Europe-wide well-being program for businesses. Partnering with EPAM, a company renowned for its tech expertise and commitment to employee well-being, aligns perfectly with our mission,” said European Aquatics President Antonio Silva, who attended the launch in Budapest.
In the first phase of the “Let’s Swim Together” initiative, European Aquatics and the Hungarian Swimming Federation will offer aquatic training programs exclusively for EPAM Hungary employees. To mark the start of the program, EPAM Hungary employees received swim caps branded with the same design as those for EU Aquatics events. These caps will be officially dedicated at the launch by World and European Championship medalist Anna Olasz, a prominent advocate for women in sports and health.

“Swimming is an inclusive activity for everyone, from young to old. This partnership brings many benefits: we not only harness EPAM’s technology to support European Aquatics, but also engage employees in aquatic sports, promoting a healthier lifestyle,” said Balazs Magyar, Senior Director at EPAM.
