Isla completed a historic clean sweep at this year’s Victory Day Regatta, winning Category A, Category B, and the Women’s races at the Grand Harbour.
In Category A, Isla finished first with 68 points with Birgu finishing second with 60 points, while Bormla came third with 34 points.
Isla also won the Category B Shield with 48 points followed by Birgu with 40 and Marsamxett with 32.
The regatta started two hours later than planned due to various difficulties that delayed the first race, which was originally scheduled for 1:00 pm.
