The match schedule for the 2026 Jenningsbet World Seniors Snooker Championship has been confirmed, with play starting on Wednesday 6 May.
There is special interest for Maltese fans, as snooker legend Tony Drago is in action on the opening night. He faces Roger Farebrother at 7pm on Table 1 as he looks to make a strong start in the tournament.
Also on Wednesday evening, Reanne Evans takes on Aaron Canavan on Table 1, while Table 2 features Craig Steadman against Neal Jones, followed by Igor Figueiredo versus Mohammed Elkhayat.
Play continues on Thursday 7 May from 12 noon. Ken Doherty meets Gerard Greene, while Jimmy White faces Daniel Ward on Table 1. At the same time on Table 2, Peter Lines plays Anthony Hamilton, followed by Dominic Dale against Wayne Townsend.
Thursday evening sees the first seeded players enter the competition. The winner of White v Ward will play Robert Milkins, while either Drago or Farebrother will go on to face Ali Carter. Elsewhere, Matthew Stevens will take on either Dale or Townsend, and defending champion Alfie Burden will play either Figueiredo or Elkhayat.
On Friday 8 May, top names join the action. Mark Williams, Ronnie O’Sullivan, Stuart Bingham and Joe Perry all begin their campaigns against first-round winners.

The quarter-finals will take place on Friday evening, with match times to be confirmed. The semi-finals are scheduled for Saturday 9 May, with one in the afternoon and one in the evening.
The final will be played on Sunday 10 May, starting at 12 noon and concluding in the evening session.
