The 360 Sports Malta Premier kicked off on Friday evening with the first two games of Match Day 1 of the 2024/25 Opening Round in what is to be yet another new format as agreed by the 12 Premier League Clubs.
Balzan and Birkirkara shared the spoils in an entertaining six goal thriller in a match that ended 3-3. The season curtain raiser saw Sliema Wds bag the three pints in a 2-0 win against Mosta FC. Both games were broadcast on TVMsport+ with a reversed angle set up having the main cameras set at the Millennium stand facing an almost empty enclosure side.
