Udinese pulled off a surprise comeback win at the San Siro, beating Inter 2-1. It was their first time avoiding defeat against Inter in seven matches.
Inter took the lead early on through Denzel Dumfries after a clever pass from Marcus Thuram. But Udinese hit back when Dumfries gave away a penalty, which Keinan Davis calmly scored.
Just before half-time, Arthur Atta fired Udinese ahead with his first Serie A goal after good work from Davis. Inter pushed hard in the second half, but couldn’t find a way through. A goal from Dimarco was ruled out for offside, and several late chances were missed.
Despite the pressure, Udinese held on thanks to strong defending from Oumar Solet and Thomas Kristensen. It was a big win for the visitors and Inter’s first home defeat to Udinese since 2017.
