Manchester United will be making a trip to Fenerbahce, one of the top Turkish clubs, in the league phase of the revamped Europa League. The draw for the competition took place in Monaco on Friday.

The 36 teams have been informed of their respective opponents for the first-ever league phase of the UEFA Europa League. This revelation was made during the draw in Monaco on Friday, 30 August.
Despite now being aware of their opponents, the schedule containing the dates and kick-off times of the matches will be finalized and disclosed on Saturday, 31 August. This precaution is taken to prevent any scheduling conflicts with teams participating in the UEFA Champions League and UEFA Conference League, who are also competing in the same cities.
