MFA newcomers Victoria Hotspurs F.C. have recruited the services of experienced player, Roderick Briffa.
The former player of the Malta national team achieved success by winning 6 Maltese Premier Leagues, 5 Maltese FA Trophies, 2 Maltese Super Cups, the ‘Player of the Year’ accolade in 2011 and 2016, and making over 100 appearances for the national team.
Briffa, who is now 42 years old, earned most of his achievements with Valletta, securing the Maltese Premier Division title 4 times, the FA Trophy twice, and 2 Super Cups.
He also played for Birkirkara where he clinched 2 Premier Division titles and 2 FA Trophies.
Other teams that Briffa played for include Sliema Wanderers, Pietà Hotspurs, Gzira United, and Mosta.
