Jamie Vardy got a new contract in Leicester

English football player Jamie Vardy signed a new, one-year contract with Leicester, the “foxes” confirmed.

This ruled out the possibility of Vardy joining Manchester United this summer.

By the way, Vardy arrived in Leicester 10 years ago from Fleetwood, and during that time he became the best scorer of the “foxes” of all time with 167 goals in 387 games played.

“I’m beside myself. When I heard it was something the club wanted, there was only one thing that was going to happen. The decision was easy. “I’ve been here long enough to feel like part of the furniture,” Jamie said.

Last season, he scored 15 goals, and with Leicester, he won the Premier League in 2016 and the FA Cup in 2021.
