The legendary Spanish midfielder Andres Iniesta signed a contract with the Emirates club from the United Arab Emirates today.
This club won a return to the Emirates Pro League, and after today’s signing on the official Twitter page, they published a picture of Iniesta in a white jersey with the comment:
“A special day for the Emirati club”.
Iniesta left the J-League this summer after spending five years in the Japanese club Vissel Kobe.
For Vissel Kobe, he played 134 games and won two trophies, and before Japan, he defended the colors of Barcelona for 22 years, with which he achieved numerous successes.
He played 674 matches and won 32 trophies.
The 39-year-old striker is expected to make his debut for the new club in the match against Al Wasl, scheduled for August 19.
