Bournemouth twice came from behind to earn a point against Manchester United on Friday night, extending their unbeaten Premier League run to 11 matches.
United took the lead on the hour mark when Bruno Fernandes converted from the penalty spot after Álex Jiménez was penalised for a foul in the box. Bournemouth responded quickly though, with Ryan Christie slotting home a clinical finish from just inside the area to level things up.
United regained the lead shortly after when a Fernandes corner was turned into his own net by James Hill. It looked like being enough to secure all three points, but Bournemouth were awarded a second penalty when Harry Maguire brought down Evanilson in the box. Maguire was shown a red card for the challenge, and substitute Eli Junior Kroupi stepped up to confidently dispatch the spot kick and make it 2-2.

Despite being reduced to ten men, United held on through a tense stoppage time to secure a point that keeps them third in the table and in the hunt for Champions League qualification.
For Bournemouth, it was another impressive display of resilience under Andoni Iraola. Eleven games unbeaten in the league is a remarkable run, and they remain very much in the conversation for a European place, sitting tenth but well within reach of the sides above them.
