Arsenal manager Mikel Arteta pointed out that his team can learn a lot from the mistakes of Sunday’s defeat in the Premier League.
Arsenal suffered their first defeat in the Premier League against Manchester United – 3:1, and the winner was decided in the second half when Rashford scored twice for United to celebrate.
“We have to learn a lot from it. We lacked the discipline that is necessary for certain areas of the pitch, especially when you’re playing against world-class players…you just can’t leave them any space. “When you look at the way we played in general, you realize that the result is not adequate,” said Arteta.
The Spanish expert said that there were good things in the match.
“We showed the personality of the team, and that’s the way we played – we dominated the field. However, all this must be accompanied by a positive result. If not, it’s a disappointment for us,” said Arteta.
