The director of Juventus Maurizio Arrivabene touched on the former player of Turin’s black and white, Cristiano Ronaldo who, despite the announcement that he will leave Manchester United in this transfer window, remained in the English club.
Cristiano was at the Italian club in the period from 2018 to 2021 and his departure to Manchester United.
“We said goodbye to Ronaldo with mutual respect. What happened to him at United is no longer our problem. I’m sorry to see him in an uncomfortable situation for him and the team, but it’s no longer our problem,” said the Juventus director.
The manager of the Red Devils, Erik ten Hag, does not see Ronaldo as a starting striker, so he starts matches in the current part of the Premier League from the bench for reserve players.
