Canadian basketball player Tristan Thompson will continue his career with the Cleveland Cavaliers, reports the well-informed journalist of Athletics – Shams Charania.
Thompson already played for Cleveland from 2011 to 2020, and won the NBA title with this club in 2016. He then played for Boston, Sacramento, Indiana, Chicago and the Los Angeles Lakers.
The Canadian has reportedly agreed to a one-year contract with the Cavaliers, plays the center position, and played six games in the NBA playoffs last season for the LA Lakers. Did not play a single regular season game in 2022/23. year.
The veteran was more of a part of the rotation, as he averaged 1.8 points and 1.7 rebounds in 5.3 minutes of action.
