San Antonio, surprisingly easily, defeated the Timberwolves

Another team from Texas had a great night. Greg Popovich’s company, San Antonio, registered a triumph at the Target Center over Minnesota, with a score of 106:115.

The guests got into the match very well, after the opening three by Russell, they made a series of 0:10 and maintained the advantage until the break.

It seems that the Timberwolves did not rest enough at halftime, so at the start of the third quarter, San Antonio made another run, this time from 0:14, and “unstuck” to a +24 difference, which was, it will turn out in the end, enough stock for triumph.

The Minnesota players won the last part 35:12, they had two series of 14:0 and 18:0, but it was not enough to catch up with the deficit from the terrible third quarter, which they lost 14:36. The final score was 106:115 in favor of San Antonio Spurs, who reached their third triumph in the new season.

In the winning camp, Devin Vassell was the most effective with 23 points. Great Austrian center Jakob Poltl recorded a double-double with 14 points and rebounds each.

Among the Timberwolves, Karl-Anthony Towns stood out with 27 points and 11 rebounds, as well as D’Angelo Russell with 25 points, 5 rebounds and 7 assists.
