Partizan basketball coach Zeljko Obradovic made a statement before the match with Maccabi in the 18th round of the Euroleague.
The black and whites are on a winning streak before the “double round”, during which they will first play in Israel, and then in Belgrade against Baskonia.
“The second part of the Euroleague begins. A very tough away game considering how Maccabi plays at home. They have lost only one game so far. Everything that adorned Maccabi for years adorns it even now – a game in transition, aggressive defense, three-point shots, offense rebounds, changes in defense…
We discussed and analyzed all this before the first duel with them, so there are no big changes in that sense. Concentration must be at its maximum if we want to play a good match,” said Obradovic and added:
“It is up to us to prepare and go out on the floor with the idea of outplaying each other. Our players are used to a nice atmosphere, now it will be the other way around for us there. It will be interesting to see how we react.”
The match between Maccabi and Partizan in Tel Aviv is scheduled for Wednesday at 20:05.
