Playmaker Rajon Rondo, who plays for the Cleveland Cavaliers, allegedly pointed a gun at his ex-wife and wanted to kill her.
According to the American media, the incident happened after a violent quarrel between the former spouses, and Ashley reported the case to the police and asked them for protection, and the police approved her request on the same day.
Rajon was playing video games with his son when Ashley asked him to leave the games after which Rondo pulled the console out of the wall and visibly upset his ex-wife and children.
Just before leaving the house, he took out a gun and pointed it at Ashley, asking her to bring the children out of the room to say goodbye to them, otherwise, he would kill her.
Renowned NBA journalist Malika Andrews stated that the league is aware of the incident that happened and that they are currently in the phase of gathering evidence.
