Malone: Jokic's injury is not serious

Denver coach Mike Malone pointed out that Nikola Jokic’s injury was not serious after the match against Chicago, in which the Nuggets lost 131:113.

The Serbian center missed this match in order to have additional magnetic resonance examinations on his injured hand.

“As far as I know, the MRI did not show anything serious. From what I heard from Denver, the news is that he had a really good day. “He has good arm movement, his hand is working properly,” Malone said.

The Denver coach says that he will decide later on Jokic’s inclusion in the work process.

“We’re getting home late, we’ll see what the plan is for tomorrow. On Monday, we will make a decision on whether he will be ready for the match with Phoenix“, added the American coach.
