Denver experienced a debacle at home (116:97)

In the night behind us, the Denver Nuggets suffered a defeat on their floor by the San Antonio team with a score of 116: 97.
Although Nikola Jokic had a great evening and for a reason, he is currently in the first place when it comes to the MVP of the race, defeat was inevitable.

The Serbian center scored 41 points with 17 rebounds and four assists in the 40th minute he spent on the floor.

He had 18/35 in the shot from the game, so 51.4 percent, he hit one of the five tried threes and had 4/6 from the free-throw line.

He was followed by Aaron Gordon with 18 points, who added 13 caught balls and two assists.

For the San Antonio team, Devin Wasel and Keldon Johnson scored 20 points each, and Josh Richardson scored 18 points.

Jakob Poeltl and Tre Jones scored 14 points each, and Zack Collins 13 points.

The first quarter was tied in the number of points, but the Denver team was 18 points behind their opponent, so San Antonio was in the lead at halftime with +20, 64:44.

In the third quarter, Denver started in a better rhythm, entering the last section with only six points behind, but that was not enough when the guests gained a double-digit advantage again and kept it.
