Red Star’s new signing Facundo Campazzo will miss the match of the 16th round of the Euroleague against Barcelona in Belgrade.
The Argentine is not yet registered, and since the deadline for registering new players for this round has passed, it is clear that Red Star will play against Barcelona without him.
The problem is the ban on the registration of new players by the Euroleague, due to certain debts and incomplete documentation of the club from Belgrade.
The club pointed out that they have sent all the necessary documentation to the headquarters of the elite club competition of the Old Continent, but the ban still stands, so the Euroleague debut of Campazzo in the red and white jersey will have to wait for some time.
The match between Red Star and Barcelona is scheduled for Friday at 7 p.m.
