Russian Daniil Medvedev lost 990 points this Monday, but he is still number one on the world ATP list.
Just behind Medvedev is Alexander Zverev, who has never been closer to the number one position in terms of points, than two Spaniards, Rafael Nadal and Carlos Alcaraz, while Kasper Ruud is now the fifth player in the world.
After a great game at the Rogers Cup, Ruud earned extra points and jumped over Stefanos Tsitsipas and Novak Djokovic.
Djokovic is now the sixth tennis player on the planet, and Tsitsipas is only the seventh.
The rest of the TOP 10 includes Andrey Rublev, Felix Auger Aliassime and Hubert Hurkacz.
