Maximilian Mamo and Romario Brignone delivered a stunning comeback for Cospicua in the penultimate Open category race, narrowly defeating Vittoriosa in the Kajjikki, while Senglea finished third. The vital win earned Cospicua 12 points, placing them just behind Senglea with one race to go. Meanwhile, Vittoriosa are now level on points with their neighbours Cospicua, setting the stage for a dramatic finale.
