Last weekend, Malta hosted the first International Open of 2025 in table football, with exciting competitions across multiple categories.
Samuel Bartolo emerged victorious in the Open category, defeating Mark Gauci 2-1 in a thrilling final. John Zammit and Bessim Golger reached the semifinals.
In the Veterans category, Adrian Bonnici claimed the title after an intense 3-2 extra-time win over John Zammit in a highly entertaining match. Joseph Mifsud and Charlie Aquilina were the semifinalists.
The team category saw Bormla SC crowned champions after a 2-1 victory over Valletta SC. Valletta Lions TFC secured third place.
