Gianluca Chetcuti emerged victorious in a dramatic showdown at the MSSF Trap Competition 75 (2-2025), clinching the title with a sharp display of precision under pressure at the Malta National Shooting Ranges.
After trailing by a single target in the qualification round, Chetcuti delivered a standout performance in the final, hitting 21 out of 25 targets with single-shot intensity to overtake top qualifier Ryan Bugeja, who settled for second place with 20. Kevin Pace rounded out the podium with 19 hits in the final stage.
The competition was structured with 75 targets in qualification, followed by a final round of 25 single-shot targets for the top six shooters.
