The Malta Motorsport Federation organised the Enemed Malta Motorsport Awards 2024. During the annual ceremony, nominees who worked tirelessly or achieved excellent results in their disciplines were nominated by their clubs to receive an award from the Federation. These awards are a recognition of their dedication and contribution to the motorsport community in Malta.

Old Motors Club Malta nominated Michael Mallia
Malta Drifting Club nominated Lee Pisani
Malta Classic nominated Joe Said
Ford Owners Group nominated Julian Agius
Malta Drag Racing Association nominated Konrad D’Anastasi
Karting Club Malta nominated Jacob Micallef

The Federation awarded its own four special awards to individuals from different backgrounds: The Marshall of the Year award went to Marshall Joseph Bianco, the Official of the Year was awarded to Mr Jonathan Tonna, The President’s Award was presented to former MMF President Mr Tonio Cini, and the most prestigious award, the Inductee in the Malta Motorsport Hall Of Fame, was bestowed upon Carmel Camilleri, known in the motorsport community as Iz-Zoqdi.

Colin Fitz hosted the event in the presence of the special guest, Hon. Clifton Grima, Minister for Education, Sport, Youth, Research and Innovation, Hon. David Agius, Deputy Speaker, Shadow Minister for EU Funds and Sports, and Enemed Executive Chairman Kevin Chircop.
All speakers offered their support and congratulated Duncan Micallef, President of the Malta Motorsport Federation, and his team for their sterling work in changing and improving the local motorsport scene. They also encouraged the local motorsport clubs and community to support the Federation.
