Malta ended their commitments in the Golf European Team Shield Championship held in Liechtenstein.
The women’s team made up of Filippa Schulze Doering, Laya Cristina, Elliana Buhagiar and Serena Falzon Manduca finished fifth out of 11 countries after good wins against Ukraine and Hungary. Turkey finished in first place in this category.
On the other hand, the men’s team made up of Andrew Borg, Laurens Schulze Doering, Oliver Stuart and Trent Vella finished in sixth place out of 12 countries. Although they lost against Albania, the victory against Serbia was decisive for them to take the sixth position. Turkey made a double when they also won this category.
