Andy Borg and Benji Mangion won the main honours in two tournaments held at the Royal Malta Golf Club last weekend.
Borg triumphed in the Laferla Club Championship, finishing ahead of a tough challenge from young golfer Aleks Vagimov. Laurens Schulze Doering secured third place.

Meanwhile, Mangion showed great precision and consistency to win the Centenary Plate, beating Eugene Cranley and Rayan Husni Bey, who took second and third place respectively.

The weekend was marked by unstable weather, especially on Friday and Saturday with strong winds, though the final day turned out to be beautiful.
At the end of the competition, Royal Malta Golf Club captain Stewart Davies, along with Laferla Insurance director Keith Laferla, presented the trophies to the winners.
