Clayton brings invaluable experience and leadership both on the pitch and in the dressing room. Alongside players like Mentz and Samu, he will play a key role in guiding our younger players to develop and perform at their best.”
He added, “In recent years, we’ve achieved strong results by incorporating seasoned professionals such as Andrew Cohen, Roderick Briffa, and Justin Haber. I am confident Clayton will be a vital asset in helping us reach our club’s goals this season.”
With his wealth of experience and winning mentality, Clayton Failla’s arrival is set to bolster Gzira United’s ambitions both domestically and in international competitions. Fans can look forward to seeing the legendary left back bring his passion and expertise to the Maroon squad in the upcoming season.
