Beppe Grillo won the gold medal after finishing first in the 200m race with a time of 21.21 seconds.
The Icelandic athletes Kristofer Thorgrimsson and Kolbeinn Hodur Gunnarsson finished second and third, taking the silver and bronze medals.
Earlier this week, Grillo also won bronze in the 100m.
Malta claimed another gold medal in Artistic Swimming thanks to Ana Culic and The Grima Buttigieg.
The Maltese pair achieved a score of 175.0921.
Andorra placed second and Liechtenstein came third.
