Tarxien Rainbows have extended the contract of Brazilian attaking midfielder Claudio Murici who have joined the club last season.
Murici has had an active career in Maltese football, playing for multiple clubs in recent years.
In the 2021/22 season, the 27-year-old joined Zejtun Corinthians after some experiences in Brazil. The following season, 2022/23, he moved to Ghajnsielem from Zejtun Corinthians and then transferred to Ħamrun Spartans in January 2023. For the 2023/24 season, Murici returned to Ghajnsielemfor another season.
Ahead of the 2024/25 season, he signed for Tarxien after leaving Ghajnsielem and went on to play 13 games in the Challenge League, scoring 3 goals.
