On Friday morning, UEFA held the draw for Round 2 of the 2024/25 European Women’s Youth Championships in Nyon, Switzerland. The draw determined the opponents for Malta’s U-17 and U-19 Women’s National teams, marking an important step in their qualification journey.
The Malta U-17 team is in Group B2, where they will play against Bulgaria, Luxembourg, and Azerbaijan. This mini-tournament will be held in March 2025, with Azerbaijan as the host.
The Malta U-19 team is in Group B3, facing Kosovo, Latvia, and Kazakhstan. Malta will host this mini-tournament, with matches scheduled for April 1st, 4th, and 7th, 2025.
