Inter Club Malta is delighted to announce the great success of the recent visit by legendary footballer Walter Zenga, which took place on December 13th and 14th. This two-day event was organised exclusively for the club’s members and supporters, offering them a memorable experience and a rare chance to meet the former goalkeeper in person. Hundreds of passionate fans attended, reliving highlights from Zenga’s remarkable career and creating lasting memories with one of Inter’s greatest players.
On the evening of December 13th, the club hosted a prestigious Gala Dinner where members had the chance to interact closely with Zenga. They took photos, had memorabilia signed, and listened to firsthand stories from his successful career during a special interview. Zenga, known as “Uomo Ragno” for his outstanding goalkeeping, shared personal insights and unforgettable moments from his time at Inter, making the evening even more special for everyone present.
The following day, December 14th, Walter Zenga visited the Inter Club Malta headquarters in Santa Venera for an exclusive event with club members. The venue, known for its decorated halls where supporters gather to watch matches and socialise, was the perfect place for this significant occasion. Zenga’s visit marked an important moment in the club’s 46-year history, as he became part of its legacy. During his time there, he signed a special guest book, which will help tell the club’s story for many years to come. The atmosphere was electric as fans had the rare chance to engage with a club legend in such a personal way.
With over 1,140 dedicated members, Inter Club Malta continues to be a leading club within the global Inter community.
