UEFA has initiated proceedings against PSG and Al-Khelaifi

UEFA has initiated disciplinary proceedings against PSG and its president Nasser Al-Khelaifi and sports director Leonard, for unsportsmanlike conduct after the defeat in the eighth-finals of the Champions League.
The procedure is based on Article 11 of the disciplinary regulations concerning “general principles of conduct” and Article 15, which sanctions “incorrect conduct of players and club officials”, a UEFA spokesman told AFP.

Sanctions that may be imposed on Parisians for violating these provisions may be suspension of matches and a fine for the club.

Spanish media reported today that Al-Khelaifi and Leonardo had aggressive behavior towards the referees after the match, which did not annul Real’s first goal.
